There are two main customer entrances to Dockside, with additional customer access via shop units with external doors.
For Parents with buggies or wheel chair users Dockside has two lifts for easy access to the first floor, both located by the main entrances. Additionally there are escalators to assist the less able to ascend or descend between floors.
