There is one main customer entrance to Dockside, with additional customer access via shop units with external doors.
For Parents with buggies or wheel chair users Dockside has a lift for easy access to the first floor, this is located in the main entrance. Additionally there are escalators to assist the less able to ascend or descend between floors.
